On sunday morning I went to see das Triadisches Ballett in Cinéma Zuid, by Bauhaus- genius Oskar Schlemmer and live music by Tip Toe Topic, nice way to start the day!! You can watch the full movie here, enjoy!!

harvest

 We went to a friends place in the French Ardennes to help her to pick apples, walnuts, pears and plums. The silence was overwhelming, the fruits are so tasty; if people are interested passing by at our house in Antwerp: we've got more ore less 50 kilo's apples I guess. (bring a basket though!)

circus caravans

The teachers of our school have agreed about building a big circus all together at the end of the school year. Yesterday the 6 year-olds made some sketches of acts they really like at circus. Today I woke up and thought about the circus caravans we made in our class in 2009 (my first year at art-school!) I'm really happy Mieke passed by on that expo and made some nice pictures of it, as you can see above. Thanx, M!

back to school

Nice to be back at art-school! I wish we could paint scissors, paint, crayons, sharpeners, brushes, glue,... on the building, inspired by this wonderful school I visited some years ago in Tanzania.

We did some preparations anyway, you never know!
